What We Do
In short, just about everything, when it comes to building maintenance and janitorial services. We are consisted of four major Branches. Beginning with Kan Do I, which is a Commercial Janitorial Service in Westen North Carolina. Secondly is Kan Do II. This is a traveling Commercial Restoration service that spans across the East Coast. Next, Post Construction and Real Estate Renewal is a WNC based entity that focuses on cleaning new Commercial/Residential Construction, as well as, cleaning and restoring Older Properties. Finally, we still have our Asheville area Handyman service that provides home/business owners with just about any Odd-Job they need help trouble shooting. We've always believed there is no job too small or too big. If something is outside of our scope of work we have over 20 years of networking in Asheville and the surrounding areas to supply you with the best answers to suit your needs.
The Necessities
Kan Do Enterprises is a licensed/incorporated business that is covered with General Liability and Workers Compensation. Our reputation is without reproach. However, upon request we have a list of references and testimonials that span across all of our scopes of work.
About Us
Kan Do Enterprises, Inc. was founded in 1988 by David Koon in Asheville, NC. Originally, the business started out as a handyman service that was advertised only by word of mouth. Through a high quality of work and consistent thoroughness the company has grown larger and in many different directions. Soon, we realized that we needed to restructure in to more specialized services. Kan Do, now, is made up of four separate businesses that vast over various services, and provides employment to over 30 people throughout the the Eastern Coast of the United States.
